No, you don’t need to print anything. To confirm your reservation, simply show our guide the e-ticket (or reservation number) that you’ll receive by email after completing your purchase. You can show it directly from your phone or tablet.

Yes, you can request changes to your reservation. Any changes are subject to the availability of our vehicles and guides on the new date or time requested. In order to process the change, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the tour’s original start time. Yes, you can cancel your reservation. We offer free cancellation with a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and no refund will be issued.

It’s very simple. Just send us an email to administrador@tukandflow.com with your reservation number. We promise to send you the requested invoice within 48 hours on business days.

For safety reasons, the minimum age for riding in our vehicles is 3 years old. Children under this age are not permitted to travel with us.

To ensure everyone’s safety and make the most of your time on the tour, we’ve planned specific stops at the most photogenic spots. These stops have been carefully selected and are focused on the most spectacular locations along the route.

Each of our vehicles can accommodate up to 4 people, including adults and children. If your group is larger, you can book multiple tuktuks and enjoy the tour together. Please note that the price is per person, not per vehicle.

Currently, our vehicles are not equipped to transport strollers or wheelchairs.

No, our tuktuks do not have a trunk or dedicated luggage storage space. For this reason, you cannot bring suitcases, large backpacks, or bulky items that might obstruct the cabin or pose a safety hazard. Please note that we also cannot accommodate strollers or wheelchairs on board.

In general, pets are not allowed on board to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.

However, there are two important exceptions:

1. Assistance and Service Animals:

Assistance or service animals, such as guide dogs for people with visual impairments, are permitted. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.

2. Small Pets (in a Carrier):

If your pet weighs less than 12 kg, it may travel with you provided it remains in a closed, approved carrier that you own for the entire journey. The carrier must be able to be placed at your feet or on your lap without obstructing the aisle.

Yes, our tours operate as usual even on rainy or windy days, as long as weather conditions do not pose a safety risk to passengers or the driver.

To ensure your comfort:

Our tuktuks are fully equipped with transparent side panels and roofs that protect you from the weather without sacrificing panoramic views.

We also provide blankets for passengers if needed.
The tour would only be canceled if conditions are extreme (for example, severe storms or red alerts) for safety reasons.
