Each of our vehicles has capacity for 4 people, including adults and children. If your group is larger, you can book multiple tuk-tuks and enjoy the tour together. Remember that the price is per person, not per vehicle.
For safety reasons, the minimum age to ride in our vehicles is 3 years old. Minors under this age cannot travel with us.
Currently, our vehicles do not have the capacity to transport strollers or wheelchairs.
No, our tuktuks do not have a trunk or dedicated space for luggage storage. For this reason, it is not possible to bring suitcases, large backpacks, or bulky items that could obstruct the cabin or pose a safety risk. Please note that we also cannot accommodate baby strollers or wheelchairs onboard.
To ensure everyone's safety and optimize the excursion time, we have scheduled strategic stops at the most photogenic spots. These stops are pre-selected and focused on the most spectacular places along the route.
In general, pets are not allowed onboard to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants. However, there are two important exceptions.

1. Support and Service Animals:
Yes, support or service animals are allowed, such as guide dogs for people with visual disabilities. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
2. Small Pets (with Carrier):
If your pet weighs less than 12 kg, it can travel with you, provided it remains in a closed, approved carrier that you own for the entire duration of the tour. The carrier must be placed at your feet or on your lap without obstructing the pathway.

Yes! All our tuktuks are 100% electric. This allows us to offer you a sustainable, ecological, and quiet tour, contributing to reduced emissions in the city and ensuring you enjoy a more pleasant and environmentally friendly experience.
Yes, our tours operate normally even on rainy or windy days, provided the weather conditions do not pose a risk to the safety of the travelers and the driver. To ensure your comfort:
Our tuktuks are fully adapted with transparent sides and covers that protect you from the weather without sacrificing panoramic visibility.
Additionally, we include blankets for travelers should they be needed.
The tour would only be canceled if conditions are extreme (e.g., very strong storms or red alerts) for safety reasons.
No, it is not necessary to print anything. To confirm your booking, simply show our guide the electronic ticket (or the reservation number) that you will receive via email after completing your purchase. You can show it directly on your mobile phone or tablet.
Yes, you can request changes to your reservation. Any modification is subject to the availability of our vehicles and guides on the new requested date or time. To process the change, we ask that you notify us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the original start time of the tour. Yes, you can cancel your reservation. We offer free cancellation with a full refund if you notify us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled tour time. If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, with no possibility of a refund.
It is very simple. Just send us an email to administrador@tukandflow.com indicating your reservation number. We commit to sending you the requested invoice within 48 business hours.
